For over 40 years Rev. George & Rev. Beverly Carter have been co-laborers in serving the community at Maryland Houses of Correction, ministering the gospel and changing lives. Recognizing that the successful transition of ex-offenders into the community is largely dependent upon their ability to obtain stable housing, supporting services and independence, they envisioned The Determined to Live Transition House.
